1. Eligibility

Creative services (including video production and content creation)

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 8.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds vary by product or service. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

For monthly plans, you are responsible for completing the current month of service.

Services may be canceled 14 days before the requested cancellation date for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds are provided for last-minute cancellations; however, we may offer a free/discounted reschedule at our discretion.

6. Content Ownership

Clients own the final creative deliverables once payment is complete.

Any Means retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Sites or Services to:

Break any laws or regulations

Spam, phish, or transmit malware

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Misuse or abuse our Services in any unlawful or unethical way

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services if you:

Fail to pay fees when due

Violate these Terms

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

You may cancel subscriptions at any time, but cancellation policies in Section 5 apply.

9. Affiliate Program

We may operate an affiliate program. If you participate, you must follow applicable laws, marketing guidelines, and any program-specific rules.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Sites and Services may integrate with third-party tools (including Stripe, PayPal, Meta, Google, and GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for third-party actions, failures, or content.

11. Disclaimers

Our Sites and Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Any Means’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
