Welcome to Any Means ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites, including anymeans.agency, anymeans.video, anymeans.marketing, anymeans.tools, anymeans.art, and our studio services.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Studio Bookings & Payments

All studio sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless a 50% deposit option is selected. If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled before the recording session begins.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Studio Rules & Equipment

Clients are expected to treat the studio, sets, and equipment with care. Any damage caused to the equipment or space due to negligence will be billed to the client. We reserve the right to end a session early without a refund if studio rules are violated.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

You retain full ownership of the content created during your session once full payment has been received. We may request permission to use snippets or behind-the-scenes footage for our own marketing purposes, but will never do so without your explicit consent.

5. Liability

Any Means is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the studio. We are also not responsible for any technical failures beyond our control, though we will make every effort to resolve issues promptly or reschedule if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Any Means and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
